They have long years of experience in welding different positions, different types of welds, welding with preheating, on ceramics with different types of welding wires, such as metal, basic, and rutile powder tubes.
We test new welders to verify their skills.
Should a specific order so require, the welds pass through various tests, whether visual, capillary, magnetic or ultrasound ones.

Locksmiths
They control the welding of simple CO2 and electrode welds that they use in coupling individual parts of the order. In addition to welding, they are able to read drawing documentation, burning, cutting and grinding of metals, operate the bridge cranes, forklifts, and various platforms. The locksmiths are authorized to performing all of the above skills.
Assemblers and fitters
They are able to read drawing documentation, mounting of various components, electric motors, hydromotors, pistons, and other components.
